These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website valorys-capital.com and its associated services, published by SEDELLA LIMITED (“Valorys Capital”). Any use of the website constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Valorys Capital provides a strategic analysis service dedicated to the preparation of a business transfer: calculation of the Valorys® Index, multi-method valuation, identification of discount factors, recommendations, and access to a secure executive workspace (history, action plan, simulator, document vault).
Access to the executive workspace requires the creation of an account, generated after payment confirmation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Any fraudulent use must be reported without delay to contact@valorys-capital.com.
The “Valorys Capital” brand, the “Valorys® Index” designation, the methodology, the visual identity and the reports remain the exclusive property of SEDELLA LIMITED. The user is granted a personal right to use the report provided to them, excluding any commercial exploitation.
The service is provided with due care but without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The analyses are informational and do not constitute investment advice or a certified valuation. SEDELLA LIMITED cannot be held liable for decisions taken solely on their basis.
The processing of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
SEDELLA LIMITED may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of use of the service.
These Terms are governed by Irish law, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions applicable to consumers residing in France or in the European Union.
